Meet the Inflow Media Team

INFLOW FOUNDER, VIDEOGRAPHER AND EDITOR

Dan earned his Bachelors in Commercial Video Production at Bournemouth University before spending nine years as a freelance videographer. With over a decade of experience behind the camera, he set up Inflow Media in 2023 as the next step in his journey evolving from a solo videographer into building a creative production team offering a complete end-to-end video service for businesses and brands.

Since then, Dan has focused on creating tailored, story-driven content that helps clients bring their ideas to life. His passion for filmmaking, combined with his experience across a wide range of projects, allows him to understand what makes a story connect and how to deliver content that has a real impact.

When he’s not behind a camera, Dan is a freestyle snowboarder, often found at his local snow dome or somewhere in the Alps. He’s also a keen hiker, gym-goer and musician, always looking for his next adventure with friends.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Carly is usually the first point of contact at Inflow, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing Dan's diary and coordinating the day-to-day organisation of the business to supporting clients and ensuring projects move seamlessly from enquiry through to delivery, Carly plays a key role in keeping both the team and clients on track.

With a background in real estate and conveyancing, and six years of studying law, Carly brings exceptional organisation, attention to detail and a calm, proactive approach to every day. Since joining Inflow, she's embraced the fast-paced world of media production and loves that no two days are ever the same.

Carly enjoys being part of a creative team and takes pride in making sure every project runs efficiently, helping both clients and colleagues throughout the process.

Outside of work, Carly can usually be found shopping, juggling mum life or searching for her next Pepsi Max.

EDITOR

James is an instrumental part of the Inflow Media team, bringing clients' visions to life through creative storytelling and polished video editing. Working closely with clients and the wider team, he transforms ideas into engaging visual content that captures attention and delivers results. Whether it's a brand film, social content or promotional video.

Since graduating from university in 2013, James has worked as a Video Editor across a range of sectors, including education, transport and food. A loyal Adobe Creative Suite user, he combines technical expertise with creativity to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

When he's away from the editing suite, James can usually be found at home with his two impatient but undeniably adorable cats. He also enjoys performing, exploring creative projects and relaxing in his home cinema (otherwise known as the lounge)

VIDEOGRAPHER AND DRONE PILOT

Adam joined Inflow Media bringing a sharp eye for detail, extensive industry experience and a genuine passion for visual storytelling. He thrives on connecting with people and uncovering the authentic moments that make every film engaging and memorable. Whether he's behind the camera capturing cinematic visuals or working closely with clients on location, Adam brings a calm, positive energy and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

A qualified drone pilot with expertise in FPV flying, Adam enjoys adding dynamic aerial perspectives that elevate every production. His technical knowledge, creativity and approachable nature make him an invaluable member of the Inflow Media team, helping clients bring their vision to life through impactful video content.

When he isn't filming, editing or flying drones, Adam can usually be found surfing, rock climbing, socialising or planning his next adventure.

PHOTOGRAPHER AND PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Ross joined Inflow in 2024 to assist with photography and video production. Working as a software engineer day-to-day, he brings a practical, organised approach to shoots, helping out on set and supporting the team on larger video projects. His technical background gives him a structured approach to problem-solving, while his creative eye helps him contribute to the visual side of productions.

His main focus is photography, with a preference for simple, candid shots that catch genuine laughter and unscripted moments. Ross handles a bit of everything on the ground, whether that’s covering fast-paced sports like ice hockey, shooting engagement photos with a direct flash for a punchier feel, or helping keep logistics on track during a busy filming day. He enjoys capturing authentic moments and adapting to the pace and needs of each project.

When he’s not working or behind a camera, Ross is usually playing football, out camping, or planning his next outdoor trip..

HEAD OF FINANCE

Since joining Inflow in 2019, Codie has played a key role in shaping Inflow Medias financial direction alongside Dan. She oversees everything from management accounts, budgeting and forecasting to payroll, bookkeeping, VAT returns, year-end accounts and strategic financial planning, giving the leadership team the insight to make confident commercial decisions.

Having been part of Inflow's journey from the very beginning, Codie is proud to have seen the business grow while staying true to its creative, people-first values.With experience at Autoglass, Copart and as founder of Bear's Financial Services, she brings practical, commercial financial expertise and is passionate about helping business owners understand the story behind their numbers.

Outside of work, you'll find Codie kickboxing, hiking, paddleboarding, roller skating or travelling.
